Due to the nature of the work, we can only offer an exchange on fine artwork and read-made prints. All custom orders cannot be exchanged or returned.
If you are unhappy with your product, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with details of your claim and we will process an exchange within 2 business days.
If the item is faulty or broken, please email email@example.com with images of the item and we will process an exchange or return, where applicable, within 4 business day.
International orders will have to be charged for shipping fees.
