Simply select the artwork or print you want to buy, finalise your selection of framing or printing and add to cart. After you make the payment through any of the available payment options, you will receive a confirmation email detailing your order. We will then process the order with 72 hours and hand it over to DHL for delivery

Yes, we ship internationally, our official shipping carrier is DHL.

We use 3D secure online payment gateway. We accept Visa, Master and American Express cards. All transaction above AED 50,000 / USD 13,500 will be catered via bank transfer only.

In order to avoid the credit card fraud, our payment gateway provider do not entertain transactions over AED 50,000 / USD 13,500. To facilitate payment over AED 50,000 or USD 13,500, bank transfer facility is available. Once the order is placed, you will receive an email with our bank details. The artwork purchased will be reserved for 7 days after the purchase. Upon successful receipt of invoice amount, the artwork will be shipped to your address. If the payment is not received within the 7 days of the purchase, the product is listed back on the site.

You will be made eligible for a return in 3 scenarios:

1)The artwork you have received is incorrect.
2)The artwork you have purchased is missing.
3) The artwork you have received is damaged.
4) The artwork is not up to your satisfaction.
 
If any one of the above cases applies, then you will need to submit a request within 14 days of purchase. Once the item is received back to The Arabian Gallery and return request is approved, then you will be eligible to receive a full refund.  In case of dissatisfaction, the shipping charges are charged back to the customer.

A customer is eligible for return within 14 days of making his/her purchase. Please go to our customer service link and start the return process. Our customer care executive will get back to you within 24 working hours. The further actions will be taken based on the reason of return.

In this case you are eligible to decide exchange or refund option. Our customer care executive will contact you within 24 working hours. You will be required to share the proof of damage such as clear pictures of a damaged item. We will appoint an inspector, who will then visit you to inspect the artwork and insurance claim process commences. Once the insurance claim is approved, refund will be processed within 30 days.

In this case, follow the same procedure as of Return request within 14 days of purchase. Once the item is received by The Arabian Gallery and return request is approved that it has not been subject to any damage, then you will be eligible to receive a Partial refund (the price of the item excluding the shipping charges).

If you wish to make an exchange- submit a request within 14 days of making your purchase. Purchase on our customer care link. Once the item is received by The Arabian Gallery and approved, the product is then replaced with the exchanged item and delivered to your doorstep. In case of dissatisfaction, the shipping charges are charged back to the customer.

We use Hahnemühle fine art paper and we use maximum print size up to A1 and we offer 7 different print sizes between A1 to A4. Sometimes the aspect ratio of the photography print is not in line with the standard print size thus the excess white is trimmed, in other words we do fit-to-print and excess white is trimmed. 

Most of our artist provide the certificate of authenticity. This certificate along with invoice and relevant paperwork is shipped along with the artwork.
